As her first birthday approaches, Worrybomb continues to learn new tricks, things like crawling and getting off the sofa feet first are old hat now. She can now open doors, both ones that open out towards and ones that open in are fair game to her now.
Last night she had great fun opening the shoe cupboard, looking inside and then shutting it again. Better than the other day when she wanted to empty it out for us.
She is also getting close to walking. I don’t think this will happen before the 20th, but certainly before Christmas. Worrybomb can walk along behind my old Galt Wooden Baby Walker and with someone supporting her, but she hasn’t gone solo yet. She did however step from one sofa to the other last week.
With Mrs WB back at work, its just me and the “Squidge” at home now, so we have been busy putting out the washing, or in her case, taking items off the washing drier as I put them on.
And using my special chair, she loves to peer out in to the garden and watch the birds and the smelly cat. She also like s jumping up and down on it to make it bounce!
