Worrybomb had her first go at climbing today! Following in the footsteps of a few generations of mountaineers.
Harnessed and helmeted up she made it to pretty near the top of the indoor wall. She had been a little worried about climbing with me, she wanted to, but was full of questions and worries about falling off or having a rope.
But after two minutes these were forgotten and instead she was trying to work out how to get to the next pink swirly hold.
She had abseiled a few months ago before the scaffolding around the house came down, which she liked, its a shame there are not more places to do this easily ) other than the old railway bridges near to home.
We just need some snow now to play with the ice axes…
